Victoria Affiliate Partner Program – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
To participate, you must be 18+ and represent yourself or your business lawfully. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- You will earn 20% of the monthly subscription ($75/month) for every paying law firm you refer.
- Commissions are paid monthly via your preferred method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Commission is valid for 12 consecutive months per referred client, as long as they remain active and paying.
3. Attribution & Tracking
- Commissions are tracked via unique referral links.
- Divorce.law is not responsible for tracking failures due to ad blockers, cookie deletion, or user behavior.
- You are responsible for sharing the correct referral link with your clients.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical methods to promote Victoria.
- Misrepresent the features, performance, or ownership of Victoria.
- Bid on branded search terms like “divorce.law” or “Victoria AI” for ads without permission.
5. Payout Terms
- Payouts are made monthly, typically within 15 days after the end of the billing cycle.
- A referred client must remain active and paid to trigger a payout.
- No commission is paid for refunds, chargebacks, or canceled subscriptions.
6. Modifications & Termination
- We reserve the right to change these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time.
- You may be removed from the program at any time if you violate these terms.
- You may exit the program at any time by emailing support@divorce.law.
7. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, or employee relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or third-party claims arising from your participation.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws.
